Order Cancellation

- Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email.
- Orders canceled after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Proof Requirement
- Customers must provide photo/video proof within 2 hours of delivery for any complaint.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Replacement Option
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
